Delivery
Monarch Clothing offers delivery within Nairobi and countrywide delivery across Kenya. Delivery charges vary by destination and are confirmed by Monarch before dispatch, so the website does not add an unconfirmed delivery fee to your order.
Payment on Delivery may be available for Nairobi deliveries after Monarch confirms the order, delivery fee and arrangement with you.
Payments
No payment is taken directly on this website at the moment. Submit the order once on the website and choose Instagram or WhatsApp for confirmation. Monarch will confirm product availability, the final delivery fee and the appropriate payment arrangement with you before dispatch.
Never send your M-Pesa PIN, card PIN, online-banking password or other private banking credentials through WhatsApp, Instagram or the website.
Order confirmation
When you submit checkout details, the order request is recorded in Monarch's order book and assigned an order reference. You choose Instagram or WhatsApp as the channel where you want Monarch to contact you.
You do not need to copy, paste or resend the order in another app. The order remains pending until Monarch reviews it and confirms stock, delivery and payment with you through your selected channel.
